chore: 更新项目配置与组件引用

- 将 .claude/ 目录添加到 .gitignore 以避免提交 IDE 配置文件
- 更新首页显示的应用名称为“臻奇荟”
- 在 Claude IDE 配置中移除不再使用的 Apifox 相关脚本
- 修正 PlanPopup 组件的类型声明文件路径
