feat(打卡): 新增打卡功能及相关API接口

实现打卡功能的前后端逻辑，包括：
- 新增checkin.js API模块提供打卡状态检查和打卡接口
- 优化axios拦截器处理URL参数合并
- 在map.vue和info.vue中集成打卡状态管理和UI展示
- 添加打卡状态检查及打卡成功后的跳转逻辑
