feat: 添加示例JSON数据并更新用户信息和活动卡片组件

- 添加了`example.json`文件，包含旅行博客的示例数据
- 更新了`users.json`文件，扩展了用户信息字段
- 修改了`ActivityCard.vue`组件，将外层`router-link`替换为`div`以优化结构
