请求参数

Body 参数（application/x-www-form-urlencoded）

注意事项

1. category 参数值说明：

   • "1" - 功能建议
   • "3" - 问题反馈
   • "7" - 其他问题

2. images 参数是可选的，直接传递图片 URL 数组

3. 后端统一返回格式为 { code, msg }，code === 1 表示成功
